SHIPPING POLICY

All orders under $100.00 will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $12.00.  All orders over $100.00 qualify for free shipping.

We ship to all locations in Australia.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be processed within 2 business days.  Most orders will be sent by Australia Post, Parcel Post (depending on the size of your order).  Please check the Australia Post website for approximate transit times from Perth, WA.  Postage calculator & delivery times – Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

Returns

Before returning any items, please make sure you have contacted us first.  When you have approval by us to send item(s) back, please make sure you have provided the paperwork as requested by us.

Change of Mind?

If you have made a mistake in your order or have changed your mind, you may return the item for an exchange or a refund.  We will honour requests made within 7 days of your receiving the item.  Please contact us as soon as possible with all the details.  We will give you the information as to how to proceed.  The customer will need to arrange to return the items, as directed by us.  When we receive the unopened items back, we will process the exchange or refund.

Damaged or Faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped.  We will make arrangements for you to ship the damaged item back to us.

Missing items

If your shipment is missing an item or you have not received your shipment as expected, please contact us so that we can investigate, to ensure that you receive your missing items.

Wrong item shipped

If you receive a different item to what you have requested, contact us.  We will arrange for you to ship the incorrect item back to us and we will send the correct item as quick as possible.

Payment Terms

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your shipping address, name, phone number and payment details.

All prices on our website include the Goods and Services Tax.  The amount of GST will be shown at the time of checkout.

Accuracy of Billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  If we do make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you with the contact details you have provided.
